Rockland hospital ‘Where caring is a way of life’, is an ambitious project flourishing with an urge to give further impetus to the community in the field of Health care.

Located in Qutub Institutional Area which comes in the close proximity of Sanjay Van and the Historical Qutub Minar, is governed by a trust founded in 1986 of which Shri Rajesh Srivastava is the Chairman. His dream turned into actuality with the laying down of the foundation stone of Rockland Hospital on the 7th June 2001.

Today, Rockland hospital is a multi-specialty hospital, with focus on specialization with perfection. A diligent team of professional and highly qualified doctors renowned in their respective fields of specialty like Padmashree Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Dave (Orthopaedics) and Prof. (Dr.) M.P. Sharma (Gastroenterology) are a part of the Rockland family.

The glory of the magnificent infrastructure and the warmth of the ambience distinguish Rockland Hospital from the rest. The hospital atrium surrounded with fountains and greenery adds a soothing and healing touch of its own.

The beauty and grace of the lobby (main reception) with soothing music in the air subtly make the visitor welcome. Further, the centralized air-conditioning and 24hrs power back-up add to the comfort level. Special attention has been given to the design and aesthetics of different categories of rooms for the patient – the breath taking view of Sanjay Van and Qutub Minar is a unique sight. The ultra modern, technically advanced operation theatres with laminar airflow and pneumatic instruments are well equipped to carry all sorts of sophisticated surgery. Seven Post-Operative and four Intensive-Care beds connected to a centralized gas supply and an advanced monitoring system are supervised by experienced and trained nursing staff.

They have been planned keeping economy and the highest standards of quality under consideration, with an aim to benefit each and every stratum of society. The OPD services of the hospital were inaugurated and dedicated to the nation by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Sheila Dikshit, on 19th June 2004.

The idea behind starting this hospital was to provide quality services to society at all times.

The visionary behind the Rockland Hospital, Shri Rajesh Srivastava relentlessly strives to contribute to the growth and development of society keeping the cultural traditions intact. To further fulfill his commitment towards healthcare, education and employment, the group is in the process of setting up a Rockland Institute for Research and Health Sciences at ‘Ghamroj’ near Sohna, which would provide training for lab technicians, radiographers, optometrists, nurses and other paramedical specialities.

The vision 2020 of the SB Group envisages, besides this training institute, 5 more hospitals in Delhi and The National Capital Region within the next seven years.
